A language course is about more than just lessons. At Flamingo Languages we offer you a complete program, including accommodation and leisure activities, to enable you to immerse yourself in the language and culture of your chosen destination. It’s a great way to meet new friends, discover another culture and practise the language skills you will learn in class.
With the varied offer of courses – from general to business to exam preparation courses – there is certainly an ideal course for everyone, from beginners to advanced. We put particular emphasis on students experiencing the language in full immersion during their stay abroad. Progress and fun are guaranteed, where language learning and holidays take place simultaneously in a gay friendly environment! Additionally, our partner schools do everything to be at the disposal of students for help and advice in respect to gay life.
Schools
The schools we have chosen to participate in Flamingo Languages are aware of the specific needs and requirements of the gay and lesbian community and are keen to welcome you. Each school has a staff member designated to gay students, so any queries or concerns that you may have can be addressed quickly and easily.All of our partner schools have been established for several years and are accredited by international quality-assurance associations. They offer a wide range of courses, making them suitable for beginners through to advanced language students. Lessons are in small group classes, creating a dynamic and motivating atmosphere that encourages rapid progress. The teachers are qualified professionals, experienced in teaching their native language to foreigners. Modern, interactive teaching methods are used to make learning both effective and enjoyable.
Accommodation
Tolerance is the name of the game. For this reason, it is particularly important to us to offer participants an optimal accommodation option. There are various types of accommodation available in our attractive destinations. Depending on the destination, there is the choice of accommodation in a trendy residence or in exclusive hotels as well as with natives in the homes of gay or gay friendly residents. The choice is yours.
Leisure
We have not chosen our destinations at random. With a vibrant nightlife, a strong LGBT presence, numerous gay locations and events, places that are well worth seeing,wonderful natural surroundings and leisure possibilities of all kinds, no wish of queers remains unfulfilled.
