We’re easy to find, no matter where you’re coming from. The school is situated in the former western part of the city, in one of Berlin’s most beautiful and lively districts – and the district with the largest gay/lesbian population: Schöneberg. It’s just a couple of minutes’ walk from the bars and cafés. Public transportation is easily accessed and makes any trip a hop, skip and a jump. IH Berlin PROLOG on the Schöneberger Hauptstraße is only two minutes from the metro and commuter trains.

Our students come from over 60 nations, cover all age groups and levels of language proficiency. PROLOG puts a premium on acceptance and tolerance and welcomes all its visitors. Therefore, the school’s atmosphere is relaxed and creative, the groups are often mixed and the students easily make new friends. A Gay Coordinator will be available specifically for our gay/lesbian students. But the office staff is also always there for any questions you may have.

Our school extends over two floors and houses 22 light and spacious classrooms. The rooms can be fitted out with a TV, LCD projector, DVD and/or video player, PC and an interactive whiteboard as required.

We have carefully selected all of our teachers according to their academic and language abilities, as well as the way in which they relate to their students. The competence and experience of our German teachers is of particular importance: teaching qualifications are important, as is extensive experience teaching German as a foreign language at renowned schools and institutions.
